Celebrating partner success: Cin7's 2024 milestones and vision for 2025

As we begin 2025 it’s a great time to reflect on the successes and growth of the Cin7 partner ecosystem. We’ve had an incredible year filled with innovation and we’re excited for what’s to come in the new year. 

A record-breaking 2024, recapped

The numbers tell a compelling story. Our partners generated over 400 new logos and collaborated on 100+ co-sell projects with Cin7’s direct sales team. These numbers speak volumes about the power of collaboration and the impact our partners have had on driving Cin7’s success.

Continuing to lead the eco system in Partner Experiences and Programs

Cin7 continues to lead the space in our commitment to partners and our unique ecosystem. In 2024 we launched a new portal, which is now powering our lead-sharing program. We have a unified commission platform coming in early 2025 - off the heels of raising our commission rates in 2024. We launched multiple new certification programs, and continue to recognize our partners as the leaders in the IMS, Manufacturing, Forecasting and Order space. 

Cin7 also welcomed a new acquisition this year, Inventoro, which is now part of the Cin7 family as Foresight AI. This years-long partnership, focused around proprietary Machine Learning AI, culminated in the welcoming of the Inventoro team into the Cin7 product family. Now in market as Foresight AI, Cin7 customers have access to best-in-class forcasting. 

Additionally, the Partner Support Team received a full revamp, resulting in 5/5 CSAT scores in December 2024—a testament to the team’s hard work and the improvements made. With the addition of a new partner marketing manager, Cin7 is ensuring that partner voices are heard in all marketing content, further strengthening the collaborative environment. We’re geared up for a huge 2025 and our teams cannot wait to support our partners.

Get Involved

"This is a collaborative space, not a competitive one. There’s so much to be gained by connecting with others in the community, sharing knowledge, and working together," Calkins said. Whether it’s joining a Cin7 Slack community, engaging in the partner portal, customer forums, or simply networking with other partners–active participation is key.

Embrace your expertise

Partners are encouraged to be vocal about their successes. “Own your expertise and talk about the great work you’re doing. You are the cream of the crop in this industry—don’t be shy about sharing your accomplishments and knowledge with your communities,” said Calkins. Getting active on socials, sharing tips and tricks for clients, updating your website, and making it easy for clients to get in contact with you are easy ways to get your brand and voice out there. Focus on reviews for your partner listing on the Cin7 Directory, and don’t be shy about sharing your client wins on LinkedIn!

Get serious about AI

It’s important to get clients to think about AI and forecasting in 2025. Encouraging your clients to take incremental steps to improve their businesses and focusing on small, consistent improvements will drive success for everyone, including our partners and their customers. As 2025 approaches, we are eagerly anticipating the next Cin7 Summit in Denver. From networking to team-building activities like pickleball and hiking, we are looking forward to creating lasting memories with partners and customers alike.
