AVANTCHA Tea has been brewing up quite the success story over the past twelve years, all thanks to the vision of co-founders Marina and Markus. What started as a dream to bring modern, high-quality tea products to the Gulf region has blossomed into a prominent brand renowned for exceptional products and stylish branding.

However, the early days weren’t all rose petals and chamomile. “Our initial inventory system was really rigid,” recalls Marina. “Once an order went through, you couldn’t edit it -it became very frustrating!” And as their product line expanded, the system struggled to keep up with their growing number of SKUs.

That’s when they discovered Cin7. According to Marina, “Transitioning to Cin7 only took about a month, and it was so user-friendly that our team picked it up quickly.” Cin7’s flexibility allowed it to scale seamlessly as AVANTCHA Tea grew.

The expansion isn’t slowing down either! AVANTCHA Tea recently opened a swanky new flagship store and café in Dubai, with plans to open another location in Bangkok soon – both seamlessly added to their Cin7 system. They’re also collaborating with Netflix! AVANTCHA created two custom tea blends to reflect main characters from the new hit show, The Gentlemen.
