Feature 1: Password reset link for WMS/MES applications

Impact area:

MES application, WMS application

Feature 3: Audit Report improvement – Information exports are logged including date, time, and person performing the export.

Impact area:

Reports module

Introduction:

Previously to this release, file exports were not recorded in the Audit Report whenever an information export was made from Cin7 Core.

With this improvement, users can use the Audit Report to track which file was downloaded from Cin7 Core, the date and time of the download, the location of the downloaded file, and the person who downloaded it. This will also help our clients protect their interest by knowing if their contacts, addresses etc. have been downloaded by one or more of their users.

NOTE: This does not include report exports in this release.

Pre-conditions:

  • Users will need the Can see user audit report permission in order to use this feature.

Our users were experiencing a problem that when changes were made to the layout of any report, the customised layout was not being saved, and the user would be returned to the default layout each time. With this release this issue has been fixed, and the layout for a report saved within the current session will be maintained for the user and opened in the next session.
